PACKAGES

Personal Assistance offers at least two different programs:

 

Hourly based program:

The service order is signed by the client and the hours worked are charged according to a pre fixed fee.


Package based program:

  • We have developed plans of packages to suit your company convenience.
  • This program is designed to fit into the budget of the company for each individual expatriate program.
  • There are 5 different plans. Please ask about them.

 

RECEPTION

We offer:

  • Hotel and flight reservations.
  • Transportation.
  • Assistance at the airport.
  • General guidance ;

 

PRE-VISIT

  • Pre travel orientation - contact us before you come for any cultural guidance, travel or business arrangement.
  • Previous contact with expatriate resulting in a profile of the family needs and expectations.
  • At the arrival the schedule will be ready to suit the client’s convenience.
  • Presentation of the area – with maps – to build an overview of the possibilities and areas of convenience.
  • Sight-seeing.
  • Visits with a specialist to preview neighborhoods and screen housing possibilities.
  • The visit is tailored to the client’s needs

 

SCHOOLING OVERVIEW

  • Search for appropriate school to suit children’s needs.
  • Sending of information before arrival.
  • Schedule visits.
  • Counseling.

 

HOUSE HUNTING

An in-depth real estate market search starts as soon as the relocator receives the information form stating the family’s needs and desires, completed by the executive himself. This covers everything from location of employment, housing preferences, spouse activities, children’s schooling requirements, habits and many more details that come up in such a situation.

 

Note: The location of the school can be one of the most important factors in delimitating the boundaries of a family’s housing.

 

After welcoming the party at the airport and checking in at the hotel, the relocator will conduct a pre-arranged tour to visit the city and houses available.

 

Making notes on the family’s option and carefully evaluating rental terms and conditions, the relocator will eventually negotiate for any necessary alterations or conditions of the final lease terms, arrange for any translations and follow the signing of the lease contract.

 

HOME MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

When it is time to move, the relocator sees to it that the property is in perfect conditions to be used, can also receive the keys, ensure that the utilities are connected on the day of the move and assist in buying needed electrical fixtures, furniture and domestic appliances. The relocator also accompanies the client to the town hall to obtain certificates of driving license, identify cards and other documents.

 

ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM/GENERAL HEALTH CARE/24 HOUR ASSISTANCE

Ideally the contact remains open for the client to call on the relocator for further assistance whenever necessary.

 

We offer a variety of additional services, such as assistance in any health emergency, movers, language classes, house help (maids, gardener, etc.), telephone lines, renting or purchasing cars, translation and interpretation services.

 

REPATRIATION

When time to leave Brazil comes, we will help you to end the contracts and close your accounts

 

INTERPRETER SERVICE in BRAZIL and OVER SEAS

  • We offer fully capable professionals for the interpreter task during the visit of trainee teams in Brazilian or foreign premises.
  • PERSONAL ASSISTANCE is available for over seas assignment.
  • Our interpreters with proficiency in English, German and Chinese (Mandarin) language have skills on the technical terms involved in the mechanical or financial areas.
